Unfortunately, is IS cancer.
A week from Friday I will have radioactive iodine treatment.
I will also know if it has spread that day.
My emotions are all over the place.
I am going to a New Member Meeting at Gilda's Club on Monday!
Next week is nothing but appointments and tests.
And at the end, they give me poison :(
The low-iodine diet they have me on SUCKS ASS.
Seriously, I'm not lying.
Yes, I am scared.
They tell me my chances are good.
I certainly hope they are right.
I'm betting my life on it.
